Weekend Med Class for December will be held on Dec. 21-22nd, 9am to 4:30pm

To get enrolled in a Core Training Center course, click and download the Enrollment Form found above. List the class(s), class date(s), student name(s) and email address(s). Billing information is required in order to process your request. Once complete, scan form and email to coretrainingcenterLLC@gmail.com.
Please note the day and time of the week each course is held on below. (All classes are taught in central standard time) Classes are not available on federal holidays.
- Standard Precautions- Mondays from 9am to 11am.
- Fire Safety- Mondays from 12pm to 4pm.
- First Aid and Choking- Tuesdays from 9am to 1:30pm.
- Medication Administration (2-day course)- Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 4:30pm, both days
Core Training Center offers course training services to those looking to work in CBRF's, Adult Family Homes and Resident Care Apartment Complexes.
Students must check-in on the course start date and present a photo identification card issued by the state or federal government (examples: Driver’s License, State ID card, Military ID card, Passport, etc.). Students without a photo ID will not be allowed to begin the course.
Invoices are sent via QuickBooks to the email address provided in the billing information section of the enrollment form. Payments can be made through the QuickBooks link, or a check can be mailed to W1016 State Highway 96, Kaukauna, Wi 54130.
Payment is due at time of enrollment. Payment is due no later than the 8th day after the date of class or students will not be uploaded to the UWGB Registry.
Classes must be cancelled 2 business days prior to the date of the class to receive a full refund. Substitutions may be made for Students who are unable to attend by texting, calling or emailing the contact below.
Training materials will be sent to the student via email. Any other supplies required for a class will be noted in the registration email. Additional supplies may be a gauze roll, a pair of gloves and hand sanitizer.
Tests are “open book” meaning Students may refer to personal notes, the manual and the workbook during the test.
If a Student does not pass a test, they will discuss the missed questions with the instructor and re-take a different test the same day. Students who leave the training prior to grading of exams and/or are unable to re-take a different test the same day will NOT receive a “Passing” grade and will not be registered with UWGB.
Enrolled students with no outstanding fees and who have met all applicable course criteria with a “Passing Grade” will be uploaded to the UWGB employee registry. Student can later be found by visiting the following website:
